How It Works

Your Journey, Step by Step

Each pathway follows a thoughtfully designed structure — giving you the right support, at the right time. The steps below reflect the standard £400 full pathway; the £299 focused pathway includes three treatments and a check-in. Children's and Create Your Own pathways have tailored session structures shown on each card.

Each pathway is a blend of practitioners working together across multiple modalities — but speaking as one. We talk to each other so you don't have to start your story all over again each time. This is continuity of care, by design.

Session 1

Assessment & Design (60 min)

Your first session is a 60-minute Assessment & Design appointment with your pathway designer to understand your story and shape your care.

Sessions 2–3

Treatments (60 min each)

Two focused 60-minute treatments with your chosen practitioners, building on the foundations of your first session and deepening your progress.

Session 4

Treatment (45 min)

A 45-minute treatment session to consolidate the work done across your pathway so far.

Session 5

Check-In (30 min)

A 30-minute check-in at the end of your pathway with your designer — reflecting on your experience and planning next steps. This check-in continues month on month, acting as your ongoing pathway design.
