The Arzen Collective

About Juliet

Juliet is the Founder of The Arzen Collective and one of Arzen's Pathway Designers.

Her role is to look at the bigger picture.

Rather than focusing on one symptom, one treatment or one area of health, Juliet spends time understanding what has been happening across your health, your life and your journey so far — what has already been explored, what may have been overlooked and where different areas could be connected.

From there, she helps to identify the most appropriate practitioners, services and next steps from across The Arzen Collective, creating a pathway that feels purposeful rather than overwhelming.

Juliet's approach is built around one simple question:

What if we stopped looking at everything separately and started joining the dots?

Her Story

The Arzen Collective was born from Juliet's own experience of becoming seriously unwell.

After the birth of her son, her health deteriorated dramatically. At her lowest point, she was wheelchair-bound and experiencing more than 11 seizures a day. She found herself moving through different parts of the healthcare system, often receiving support for individual symptoms but struggling to understand how everything connected.

Over time, Juliet began to discover that recovery was not about finding one person, one treatment or one answer.

It was about bringing the right people together.

Different practitioners helped with different parts of the picture — physical health, nervous-system regulation, emotional wellbeing, nutrition, neurodiversity and understanding what was happening within her body.

That experience became the foundation for The Arzen Collective.

Today, Juliet uses everything she learned from being a patient, business founder and pathway designer to help other people navigate their own health journey with greater clarity, connection and hope.

She does not believe one practitioner needs to have every answer.

She believes the real power comes from knowing who needs to be around the table.

What is a Pathway

An Arzen Pathway is a personalised, connected approach to health and wellbeing.

Instead of booking individual treatments and trying to work out what you need on your own, we start by looking at the whole picture.

Your symptoms.
Your history.
Your lifestyle.
Your emotional wellbeing.
Your nervous system.
Your current medical care.
And, most importantly, what you want to change.

Your Pathway Designer then brings together the practitioners and services that make the most sense for you.

That could mean combining support such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nutrition, reflexology, kinesiology, hypnotherapy, emotional therapies, women's health, neurodiversity support or other specialist services.

But a pathway is not about doing more.

It is about doing the right things, in the right order, with the right people.

Your pathway can also change as you do. We review how you are responding and adapt the next steps where needed, creating a more connected journey around you rather than asking you to fit into a predefined programme.

You are not handed a list of treatments. We build the journey around you.

I had a luxury facial with Juliet and it was wonderful. I felt so good afterwards. The whole experience was amazing, it really helped to shed the tension I was holding and I came away feeling lighter and calmer. My skin was so soft and glowing too. Absolutely recommended, I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Arzen Therapy Descriptions

Reflexology

Reflexology is a gentle therapy that works through specific pressure points on the feet, hands or ears, helping the body to slow down and settle. At Arzen, we use it to support relaxation, reduce stress and encourage balance across the whole body, creating space for your system to rest, reset and restore.

Kinesiology

Kinesiology uses gentle muscle testing to explore where the body may be holding stress or imbalance. Looking at the connection between physical, emotional and nutritional wellbeing, it can help us better understand what your body may be communicating and support a more balanced, regulated state.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation and focused attention to work with thoughts, behaviours and emotional responses that may be happening beneath the surface. It can help create new patterns, reduce feelings of stress or overwhelm and support a greater sense of calm, confidence and control.

EFT Tapping

EFT, also known as tapping, combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with focused attention on thoughts, emotions or experiences. It can help reduce emotional intensity, calm the nervous system and create space for a different response to things that may previously have felt overwhelming or difficult to shift.

Fascia Release

Fascia release works with the connective tissue that runs throughout the body and can become restricted through stress, injury, posture or prolonged tension. By gently releasing these areas, the therapy can help ease discomfort, improve movement and give the body more freedom to move and respond naturally.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy helps you understand how your body is moving, where it may be struggling and what it needs to function more comfortably. Through movement, hands-on treatment and personalised support, it can help reduce pain, improve strength and mobility, and build confidence in your body again.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy works with the muscles and soft tissues of the body to release tension, encourage relaxation and support easier movement. At Arzen, we see it as more than simply treating a tight or painful area — it can be an opportunity to slow the body down, reduce physical stress and support a greater sense of connection and balance.

Trauma Therapy

Trauma therapy provides a safe, supportive space to understand how difficult or overwhelming experiences may still be affecting the mind, body and nervous system. At Arzen, the focus is not simply on revisiting the past, but on helping you feel safer in the present, develop healthier responses and gradually rebuild a greater sense of stability, connection and control.

Nutritional Health Support

Nutritional health support looks at how food, lifestyle and everyday habits may be influencing how you feel and function. At Arzen, the focus is on understanding your individual needs and creating realistic, sustainable changes that can support energy, digestion, mood, hormone balance and overall wellbeing.

Women’s Health & Menopause Support

Women’s health and menopause support looks at the changes happening across hormones, body and mind, and how these may be affecting everyday life. At Arzen, the focus is on helping you better understand what is happening, feel heard and supported, and find practical ways to manage symptoms, improve wellbeing and navigate this stage with greater confidence and clarity.
