Who is

The Arzen Collective?

We connect the dots across healthcare.

A pioneering network of medical, holistic and complementary practitioners working together to create a more connected model of healthcare — bringing people, disciplines and perspectives together so health is approached with greater depth, collaboration and humanity.

"We don't just treat symptoms. We uncover the story."

The Founder

Juliet Bakovljev

Founded by Juliet Bakovljev, The Arzen Collective was born from her own journey of healing, resilience and transformation.

After overcoming life-altering health challenges, including Alopecia Totalis and Functional Neurological Disorder, Juliet discovered the power of truly connected, person-centred care.

Today, she leads The Arzen Collective with a clear vision: to build a future where healthcare is collaborative, proactive and deeply human.

"This is more than a business. It's a movement."

The Practice Coordinator

Louise Millen

Louise works alongside Juliet to ensure every client's experience is warm and seamless — guiding each person from first enquiry through to ongoing care.

Louise makes sure the many moving parts of The Arzen Collective come together seamlessly, so practitioners can focus on what matters most: the people they care for.

Every journey deserves a steady hand and a listening ear.

What We Support

The Arzen Collective is the healthcare model for the software of the body.

If your body were a computer, your nervous system would be part of the software — constantly receiving information, responding to what is happening around you and influencing how your body functions.

When that system becomes overloaded, disrupted or out of balance, it can show up in many different ways: pain, fatigue, poor sleep, digestive changes, anxiety, hormonal symptoms, difficulty concentrating or simply feeling that something isn't quite right.

At Arzen, we look beyond one symptom or one part of the body. We bring together different practitioners, treatments and areas of expertise to understand the wider picture and help you find the support that is right for you.

"Because your health doesn't exist in silos — and neither should your care."

How It Works

Your Guided Pathway

We believe that health isn't a single destination — it's a path that unfolds differently for every person. Our pathways help you find the right direction, with the right people, at the right time.

01

Start with Clarity

Begin with a Pathway Design session — a guided conversation with your Pathway Design Specialist, who listens deeply, connects the dots, and maps where you are right now.

02

Follow Your Pathway

Your pathway may include in-clinic treatments, online consultations, movement sessions, or lifestyle support — always connected, never fragmented.

03

Grow & Evolve

As your needs change, your pathway adapts. You're never locked into one approach — our practitioners collaborate so your care grows with you.

"There is no one-size-fits-all in health. Our pathways exist so you don't have to figure it out alone — we walk this journey alongside you, every step of the way."

Clinical Governance: Clinical services at The Arzen Collective are delivered by qualified, registered practitioners. Holistic and complementary therapies are offered alongside — not as a replacement for — conventional medical care. If you have a medical condition, we recommend consulting your GP before starting any new treatment. Our practitioners hold relevant professional registrations and are listed on their individual profile pages.

Arzen Therapy Descriptions

Reflexology

Reflexology is a gentle therapy that works through specific pressure points on the feet, hands or ears, helping the body to slow down and settle. At Arzen, we use it to support relaxation, reduce stress and encourage balance across the whole body, creating space for your system to rest, reset and restore.

Kinesiology

Kinesiology uses gentle muscle testing to explore where the body may be holding stress or imbalance. Looking at the connection between physical, emotional and nutritional wellbeing, it can help us better understand what your body may be communicating and support a more balanced, regulated state.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation and focused attention to work with thoughts, behaviours and emotional responses that may be happening beneath the surface. It can help create new patterns, reduce feelings of stress or overwhelm and support a greater sense of calm, confidence and control.

EFT Tapping

EFT, also known as tapping, combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with focused attention on thoughts, emotions or experiences. It can help reduce emotional intensity, calm the nervous system and create space for a different response to things that may previously have felt overwhelming or difficult to shift.

Fascia Release

Fascia release works with the connective tissue that runs throughout the body and can become restricted through stress, injury, posture or prolonged tension. By gently releasing these areas, the therapy can help ease discomfort, improve movement and give the body more freedom to move and respond naturally.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy helps you understand how your body is moving, where it may be struggling and what it needs to function more comfortably. Through movement, hands-on treatment and personalised support, it can help reduce pain, improve strength and mobility, and build confidence in your body again.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy works with the muscles and soft tissues of the body to release tension, encourage relaxation and support easier movement. At Arzen, we see it as more than simply treating a tight or painful area — it can be an opportunity to slow the body down, reduce physical stress and support a greater sense of connection and balance.

Trauma Therapy

Trauma therapy provides a safe, supportive space to understand how difficult or overwhelming experiences may still be affecting the mind, body and nervous system. At Arzen, the focus is not simply on revisiting the past, but on helping you feel safer in the present, develop healthier responses and gradually rebuild a greater sense of stability, connection and control.

Nutritional Health Support

Nutritional health support looks at how food, lifestyle and everyday habits may be influencing how you feel and function. At Arzen, the focus is on understanding your individual needs and creating realistic, sustainable changes that can support energy, digestion, mood, hormone balance and overall wellbeing.

Women’s Health & Menopause Support

Women’s health and menopause support looks at the changes happening across hormones, body and mind, and how these may be affecting everyday life. At Arzen, the focus is on helping you better understand what is happening, feel heard and supported, and find practical ways to manage symptoms, improve wellbeing and navigate this stage with greater confidence and clarity.
